The days following it were the worst DOMS I have ever experienced. Staying on the top floor of a town house was not a pleasant combination with DOMS!Westleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03086331002329853008noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8412862258932281129.post-68093130103896600492010-04-27T15:11:04.319+01:002010-04-27T15:11:04.319+01:00I'd forgotten all about my stomach troubles th...I'd forgotten all about my stomach troubles there last year until you just mentioned them. To be honest, that was a minor problem compared to the quads being ripped to shreds by the downhills, as you and just about everyone else who ran that course can testify.

That's a very solid time for Boston. Well done, and well done for making it there. I was thinking how lucky I was do have done it last year rather than missing out this year due to the ash cloud.Thomashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07802380462713592586noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8412862258932281129.post-90460326504271153712010-04-26T21:54:25.677+01:002010-04-26T21:54:25.677+01:00good racing on a tough course, maybe rotterdam or ...good racing on a tough course, maybe rotterdam or berlin would give you a sub 3.
keep training you've got years to improve :]RICK'S RUNNINGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15836338956751369408noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8412862258932281129.post-5838626675700639492010-04-26T14:30:04.640+01:002010-04-26T14:30:04.640+01:00Thanks Grellan. I reckon I would need to be in 2.52-55 Dublin shape to get under 3 in Boston.Westleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03086331002329853008noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8412862258932281129.post-54956218221170275232010-04-24T18:39:15.156+01:002010-04-24T18:39:15.156+01:00Great race Westley.
